- All recruits shall receive a stipend during their training period at the rate of Rs. 14,600.00 per month. On successful completion of training Military Service Pay, Group ‘X’ pay (if Applicable), Dearness Allowances and allowances of the trade to which they stand allotted less the stipend would be payable.
- ‘X’ Group Artificer Apprentices Sailors Would Be Eligible for ‘X’ Group Pay @ Rs 3,600/- Per Month Whilst Undergoing Training and on Completion of Training Post Acquiring Diploma Approved by Aicte, ‘X’ Group Pay @ 6,200/- Per Month Would Be Eligible

- Medical treatment and Leave Travel Concession for self and dependents.
- Insurance cover of Rs. 25 lakhs is given by IHQ MOD (Navy) at a nominal INR 2500 per month.
- There will be 60 Annual Leaves and 30 Casual leaves every year subject to service exigencies.
- Pension post completion of requisite service, gratuity, and accumulated Leave encashment post-retirement.
