ESIC MTS Salary Structure
Pay-Level of posts – Level-1
Pay Metric- Rs. 18,000-56,900
Grade Pay- Rs. 2400
Pay Matrix- 7th Central Pay Commission
Travel Allowances- Depend upon location
Gross Salary – Rs. 21,700/- plus allowances
ESIC MTS Allowances
Dearness Allowance (DA)

Transport Allowance (TPA)

Overtime Allowance (OTA)
ESIC MTS Training Period
The selected candidates will have to undergo on-the-job training.
After successful completion of the training, the selected candidate would be posted at various branches of ESIC.
During the period of training, may be allowed to avail Institute facilities like transport/canteen/dispensary/library etc.
Regular appointment against the post of ESIC MTS will be done after successful completion of the training at the concerned Institute.
