• The Rajasthan Government Has Launched a New Scheme for the Youth of the State. Which Is Named Rajasthan Vidya Sambal Yojana. the Objective of the Government Is to Overcome the Shortage of Faculty Through This Scheme. the Main Objective Is to Recruit Teachers / Colleges / Lecturers in Schools / Educational Institutions Under This Scheme. Under This, the State Government Will Recruit Teachers in All Educational Institutions.

• Applicant’s age group to be 18 to 40 Year
• It is compulsory for the applicant to pass a graduate.
• Applicant should be the resident of Rajasthan.

• Under this scheme, the vacancies of teachers will be counted at the beginning of the session of every institution. After that recruitment will be organized on behalf of the vacant posts.
• Apart from this, the District Collector or selected authorities will recruit gas teachers.
• When the academic year starts, it will then be communicated at the district headquarters, and then invited to apply. Guest teachers will be selected on the basis of their eligibility organs and their experience.

• 1.) The Head of the Institute Will Be Able to Directly Keep the Gast Faculty Subject to the Condition of Budget Availability at the Rates Mentioned in the Circular of Retired Personnel / Private Candidates Who Are Eligible for Qualification Etc. as Mentioned in the Respective Service Rules on Vacant Running Posts in the Institution at Their Level.
• 2.) Through District Level Committee :- 
• a.) Each District Will Have a District Level Committee Headed by a District Collector or an Officer Nominated by Them, the Member Secretary of This Committee Will Be the District Level Officer of the Concerned Department or the Nodal Officer of the Department.b. Before the Start of the Academic Session, the Said Information Will Be Invited by the Said Committee at the District Headquarters by Preparing the Public Information and Block-Wise Applications from the Candidates Possessing the Prescribed Qualifications, the Said Committee Will Prepare the Priority List Based on the Marks Obtained in the Prescribed Minimum Academic Examination and the Priority List. on the Basis, Services of Gast Faculty Will Be Taken on the Basis of Their Availability in Order of Preference.c.) a Panel of Qualified Candidates Will Be Prepared at the District Level for the Concerned Department of the Selection Committee. a Panel of 3 Candidates Will Be Prepared Against Each Vacancy as Far as Possible. This Panel Will Be Block Wise, Subject Wise, Class Wise and Will Be Attended.
