Rajasthan Palanhar scheme has been started by the state government. The aim of this scheme is to benefit the orphans of the state. In this scheme mainly orphan children of the state whose parents have died due to some reason. And there is no one to take care of them. In such a situation, the basic arrangements like raising orphaning of those orphans can be done not only through the institutional but also within the family of close relatives / acquaintances of the children within the society itself. By doing this, their all round development takes place. Any person desirous of joining this scheme is made a parhanhar. The expenses incurred in the upbringing and education of that child are borne by the state. In this, an estimated amount of money is increased over time so that no burden is placed on the child. Under this scheme, an effort is made to fulfill the basic needs of poor and orphaned children so that they can be provided with education, food, clothing and other primary facilities in a family environment. In this scheme, Palanhar gets Rs 500 per month for children up to the age of 5 years. Along with this, there is a provision of receiving a grant amount of Rs 1000 every month till the age of 18 years after the admission in the school. Apart from this, other facilities will be provided by the Rajasthan government such as clothing, sweaters and other necessary work. An annual grant will also be given at the rate of Rs. 2000 per orphan every year. List of children to be selected under Rajasthan Palanhar Scheme: –
1.) Orphan children are taken under Rajasthan Palanhar Scheme.

Eligibility for Rajasthan Palanhar Scheme 2020: –
1.) During the application in this scheme, the applicant must have permanent residents of Rajasthan.
2.) The annual income of the Palanhar family under this scheme should not exceed Rs. 1.20 lakhs.
3.) It is necessary for the orphans to go to the Anganwadi center at the age of 2 and to go to the school at the age of 6.

2.) After this, you have to fill all the information sought in the application form such as Palanhar’s name, date of birth, etc.
3.) After filling the information, you will have to attach all your documents along with the application form.
4.) In the process that follows, you should submit the application form to the departmental district officer in urban area or the rural area resident form to the concerned development officer or by taking it to e-friend kiosk center. In this way your application process will be completed.
