Railway SECR  Apprentice Kya Hota Hai

अप्रेंटिस का अर्थ प्रशिक्ष होता है | प्रशिक्ष उम्मीदवार को ट्रेनिंग के दौरान पॉकेट खर्च के लिए कुछ पैसा भी stipend के रूप में दिया जाता | 1961 में भारत में प्रशिक्षु अधिनियम बनाया गया था। इस एक्ट के अंतर्गत उद्योगों में प्रशिक्षुओं के प्रशिक्षण के कार्यक्रम को नियंत्रित करने के लिए बनाया गया था ताकि प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रम , प्रशिक्षण की अवधि आदि निर्धारित हो जो कि केन्द्रीय शिक्षुता परिषद द्वारा निर्धारित किया गया हो और प्रशिक्षण के लिए उद्योग में उपलब्ध सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हों ताकि प्रशिक्षु सारी सुविधाओं का उपयोग कर सकें। अप्रेंटिस के माध्यम से उम्मीदवार को संस्था के कार्य के योग्य तैयार किया जाता है| अप्रेंटिसशिप की अवधि पूरी होने के बाद योग्यता के अनुसार प्रशिक्षु उम्मीदवार को उसी कंपनी में नौकरी (Job) भी मिलती है|
